Return policy.

We hope you love your order and that it's the small nudge you needed to get yourself off your phone. But we also understand if you get the package and it just... sits there... unopened...

Maybe you actually don't want that nudge right now?!  No judgment, yes policy for returns:

1. Returns

We accept returns* if you contact us within 30 days of delivery, please. *All custom-made items are not eligible for returns. 

To be eligible, your item must:

  • Be unused, and in its original condition and packaging
  • Include proof of purchase

To start a return, email contact @ focusrest.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return shipping instructions, shipping is paid by the customer. 

 

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of your refund approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days via Shopify.
  • Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect, in which case we’ll cover the cost of return shipping.

 

3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (for a different size, color, or product), please email contact @ focusrest.com. Custom-made items are not eligible for exchange.

 

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost!

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made items (will include "Custom" in the name of the product)
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products

Please check product pages for any specific exclusions.

 

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after it’s been approved:

  • Check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company—it may take a few days to post.
